Social Login (Facebook and Google)

DxQSO offers the option to sign in using Facebook Login (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) or Google Sign-In (provided by Google LLC). If you choose to use Social Login, we receive the following information from the provider:

This information is used solely to create and authenticate your DxQSO account. We do not access your friends list, posts, photos, or any other account data beyond the above. We do not share this information with any third party except Auth0, which processes authentication on our behalf.

Your use of Facebook Login is also governed by Meta's Data Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Why We Collect Information and For How Long

Social Login data (name, email address, and provider User ID received from Facebook or Google) is retained only while your DxQSO account is active and is permanently deleted upon account deletion within 30 days.

Use of Information Collected

DX Development Corporation does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties.

DX Development Corporation may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and mobile application and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. Third-Party Services

DxQSO uses Auth0 (by Okta) as its authentication provider. Auth0 processes login credentials and OAuth tokens on behalf of DX Development Corporation under a data processing agreement. Children Under the Age of 13

DX Development Corporation's operations are located primarily in the United States. Deleting Your Account

Once confirmed, all your data — including any information received from Facebook or Google login — will be permanently removed from our servers via our secure API within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Facebook Data Deletion

If you signed up using Facebook Login and wish to have your Facebook-related data removed from DxQSO, you can:

  1. Delete your DxQSO account using the methods described above.
  2. Email a data deletion request to admin@dxqso.org with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request". We will process the request within 30 days.
  3. Remove DxQSO directly from your Facebook account: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → DxQSO → Remove.
